Case Study – Tactai Website and Logo
In creating Tactai’s logo and website we needed to ensure the breakthrough technology Tactai develops is expressed within the site’s visual content. The logo is designed to evoke the missing element Tactai aims to provide within virtual reality, the ability to touch and interact with what one perceives within VR. In our design, as the logo becomes whole and forms a solid object, it evokes what Tactai was started for: making virtual experiences far more realistic and believable.
Our visual imagery needed to express the limitless potential of virtual touch. We created images that capture the child-like imagination in all of us and simultaneously reiterate that everyone is only beginning to learn about VR/AR. Tactai’s work will be instrumental in navigating an entirely new world by providing one of our most basic and vital senses as we embark on the journey. The site is designed to be clear and precise so the complexity of the research does not obfuscate the impact of work. The team, company, and technology stand front and center enabling viewers to clearly understand the significance in concise sentences and imaginative visuals.
