The company’s Talent & Acquisition team required a unique identity and positioning in the market, distinct from BCBSMA’s main brand but closely aligned with it. The trade-show and collateral materials I designed for this initiative feature a sharp, dynamic aesthetic that effectively reflects the company’s drive for innovation and appeals to top talent. Several materials include real employees, adding authenticity and showcasing the human side of the organization, a key factor in attracting and engaging potential candidates.
