For Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA social media, my work has been focused on communicating trust. The designs tap into key cultural moments, topics of interest around health care, educating members about their plan benefits, wellness, workplace culture and the company's non-for-profit work in local communities.
I developed a visual language that directly supported customer engagement goals, helping simplify complex insurance concepts, and making them more relatable and approachable for our audience. The results are increased user interaction and reinforced brand consistency across platforms, contributing to a more recognizable and trustworthy digital presence.
